On average for a Cool Only unit take the total Btu's the system produces and divide it by the following numbers:
20 Btu's for well insulated buildings.
25 Btu's for average insulated buildings.
30 Btu's for poorly insulated buildings.
Example: 12,000 Btu system services an area of 600 sq. feet for a well insulated building.
